Kim Got me full financing even though I am on Social Security. I had tried several other options without good response, and Kim said let me take over, and she and her company did . No down payment, no hassle. All went well and quickly. My sister also had Kim and her crew put on her roof and bragged about it no end. I would highly recommend this company and their crew.

My neighbors got 5 competitive bids on their metal roof, and told me who their lowest bid was from. I contacted them, and another roofer, who both came out and measured my roof, and gave me quotes. I was sitting at a stop light on 441 one day, and noticed Mid Florida's billboard "All we do are metal roofs", so I gave them a call, and let them know, "look, I already know my measurements, and the pitch of the roof; before you bother to send someone out, give me a quote based on that over the phone." Jeff, who I was talking to, gladly did so. Based on that quote, which was significantly less than the other companies, I had Kim Hogan, their rep, come out for a visit. I found Kim to be very knowledgeable and professional, and she jumped up on the roof to confirm measurements. She confirmed those, as well as the price, and based on their great reviews on Facebook, and Google, I gave them the go ahead. They just finished today, and I feel they did a wonderful job. Looks fantastic, and I feel the workmanship was as well. My crew was Tony (head of the crew), John and Casey. All very courteous and friendly, and hard working. The job took a bit longer than expected, as they traveled from St. Pete each day, but my main concern when making this 40+ year investment is that the job was done right. I highly recommend you give these folks a call. Great job, great price; what else would you want? Funny aside; I initially looked up "Mid Florida Roofing", and their reviews scared me to death; make sure you look up "Mid Florida Exteriors".

Jeff, Kim, and their crew did a great job from the initial bid to the finishing cleanup. When I asked for something to be done that wasn't exactly part of the job but more related to the general appearance they took care of it at no extra cost.
